Hex Nipple is used to connect water filter housings. Hex nipple for connecting two threaded pipes or fittings and extending pipe length, hexagonal middle section for tightening with a wrench. Made of brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability.
